• Dynamic Qigong
Dynamic Qigong, also know as "silk-reeling," is a traditional Tai Chi exercise and conditioning routine that builds core body strength, improves joint health, and develops balance, flexibility, and whole-body energy flow. Vigorous, but non-impact and low-aerobic. No prerequisite.

• Primordial Qigong
Primordial Qigong is the traditional art of gathering, cultivating, circulating, and directing chi (vital energy) to improve health and vitality, promote relaxation, inner peace, and well-being, and develop taiji neijin (Tai Chi's internal power). Includes zhan zhuang meditation. No prerequisite.

II. TAI CHI CLASSES
• Beginning Tai Chi - I
Learn the first Hunyuan Tai Chi practice form, the Hunyuan 24 Yilu. The "24" is the core of all the more advanced Hunyuan Tai Chi forms. It takes five to six months to learn—and a lifetime to master. Prerequisite: Two to four months of Foundation classes, or permission of instructor.

• Beginning Tai Chi - II
Learn the second Tai Chi practice form, the Hunyuan 24 Erlu, or "Cannon Fist." The "Cannon Fist," as the name implies, is a faster and more martial form than the Hunyuan 24 Yilu (see Beginning Tai Chi - I, above). Includes an introduction to tuishou (push-hands). Prerequisite: Beginning Tai Chi - I.

• Intermediate Tai Chi - I
Learn the first of the two main Tai Chi practice forms, the
Hunyuan 83 Yilu. The elegant and beautiful "83" takes over half an
hour to perform, which provides the time and focus necessary for serious
in-depth practice. Prerequisite: Beginning Tai Chi - I, or permission of
instructor.

• Women's Sword Class & Performance Team
Learn the beautiful Hunyuan 48 Sword form. The straight sword, or jian, is a traditional Tai Chi weapon dating back thousands of years. Students will buy two swords (one collapsable for practice, and one steel for performance) plus a traditional silk performance uniform. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
