This is the first form students learn in Beginning and Intermediate Tai Chi.

Intermediate Tai Chi 1
W/Th 6-7 PM

Prerequisite: Beginning Tai Chi

Intermediate Tai Chi 1 is a two-term (6 month) program covering the 24 Yilu
Beginning Form (see video above). Focus is on learning the 2nd, 3rd, and
4th (last) section of the form. From here you go on to Intermediate Tai Chi 2
on the weekends for corrections. 

In addition to the required class listed above, the following elective classes are available to program members at no additional cost:
• Morning Qigong - M thru F 8:00-9:00 AM
• Dynamic Qigong - Sat 9:00-10:00 AM
• Primordial Qigong - Sun 9:00-10:00 AM 
• Earth Body, Your Body - Sat 6:00-8:00 PM

  Tuition: $740 per term
Terms are quarterly. Tuition is due in full the first week of classes each term, unless you're on medical disability or you're a senior on limited income, in which case special arrangements can be made.

Intermediate Tai Chi 2
S/S 10:30-11:30 AM

Prerequisite: Intermediate Tai Chi 1

Intermediate Tai Chi 2 is a two-term (6 month) program covering the 24 Yilu
Beginning Form corrections. Focus is on xinyi (mindfulness), song (relaxation),
ziran (naturalness), and liu (flow). You can stay in Beginning Tai Chi 2 as long as you like, or go on to Advanced Tai Chi. 

In addition to the required class listed above, the following elective classes are available to program members at no additional cost:
• Morning Qigong - M thru F 8:00-9:00 AM
• Dynamic Qigong - Sat 9:00-10:00 AM
• Primordial Qigong - Sun 9:00-10:00 AM 
• Earth Body, Your Body - Sat 6:00-8:00 PM
