INTERMEDIATE TAI CHI

This is the first form students learn in Beginning and Intermediate Tai Chi.

Intermediate Tai Chi
S/S, 10:00-11:00AM

Prerequisite: Beginning Tai Chi

Intermediate Tai Chi covers corrections to the 24 Yilu Form.
Focus is on zhong ding (centering & integration), xinyi (intention),
ziran (naturalness), song (relaxation), and liu (flow).

In addition to the required class listed above, the following elective classes are available to program members at no additional cost:
• Morning Qigong - M thru F 8:00-9:00 AM
• Dynamic Qigong - Sat 9:00-10:00 AM
• Primordial Qigong - Sun 9:00-10:00 AM 
• Earth Body, Your Body - Sat 6:00-8:00 PM

  Tuition: $740 per term
Terms are quarterly. Tuition is due in full the first week of classes each term, unless you're on medical disability or you're a senior on limited income, in which case special arrangements can be made. We do not provide financial assistance or internships.
