Hiroyasu Yamaguchi, Zen Master of Nounim Temple in Japan.

this is a beautiful version of the 24 Yilu, the same form Grandmaster Feng
is doing in the video at the top of this page, and the form you will learn
in Beginning Tai Chi. it's performed here by Grandmaster Feng's student
Hiroyasu Yamaguchi, Zen Master of Nounim Temple in Japan.
to perform at this level would require a minimum of 10 years
of daily practice. it would also help if you were a zen master
